Practice Squad Requirements
'A' Group (13 & older, some exceptions)
OSI A-time (free & 1 stroke) Mon-Fri 6:30 to 8:00 am,
plus Tues/Thurs 4:30 to 5:30 pm
'B' Group (10-13) legal strokes, not
as competitive as A group, Mon-Fri 8:00 to 9:15 am, plus
Tues/Thurs 4:30 to 5:30 pm
Novice (8-11) need stroke development
but they are generally strong swimmers when it comes to
free/back, and may know some breast or fly. Mon-Fri 9:15
to 10:00 am, plus Wed 4:30 to 5:30 pm
Fishies (10 & under) need major stroke
development, still learning how to use equipment. Widths
of the pool only. Mon-Fri 9:45 to 10:30 am, plus Wed 4:30
to 5:30 pm
Private 1 on 1 Lessons
We can provide private lessons for members Monday and
Friday (4:30-5:30pm). Lessons are only $20 for 1/2 an hour,
or $35 if you have more than 1 swimmer in the lesson. Contact
Coach Shea to make arrangements. We can evaluate what the
swimmer needs at the lesson, or work on a specific thing
as requested by the swimmer or parent.
